Our Review:

Product Selection - CBD has a great selection of over 50,000 titles in virtually every genre of Christian music.

Prices - CBD's music store prices are very competitive, averaging 20-30% off of retail. For a comparison of pricing among the different sites, click here. CBD only charges sales tax on shipments going to Massachusetts (5%).

Website Functionality - Christian Book Distributors' online store is well-designed and laid out. We find it easy to use, in fact, we make many of our purchases on CBD. The search function is "adequate," but it could improved upon to make searching easier. They have a nice feature which shows you products related to the ones you're viewing, which makes you aware of other resources you might not have known about. CBD also has a nice Wishlist feature which enables you to add items you might want to purchase later.

Ordering - Ordering is easy using their shopping cart and checkout system. You can even add selections to a wishlist, so you can come back to purchase them later.

Shipping - CBD offers shipping options ranging from next day to 1-2 weeks (Cont. US). The rates vary based on the type of shipping and the dollar amount of the order, and are fairly reasonable. Our experience with them has been quite good, getting most orders within a few days even though we select the slowest delivery method. Shipping rates are as follows:

Customer Service - CBD has an excellent online Customer Service area, and if you need to talk with someone, they provide toll-free phone numbers for ordering and product assistance.
